Agree with the analysis, just not the outcome. Condit is very dangerous, but Hendricks can beat him. Sadly, Hendricks is better suited to GSP than Condit. Against GSP he wins, against Condit its arguably tougher.

Mma fighters do cut more than 20 pounds but they have a whole day to rehydrate as wrestlers only have an hour, and they also have to do it 2 or 3 times a week during season. An mma fighter also will have maybe a fight a month if he’s lucky while a wrestler can go thru a whole ten way tournament in a weekend. On the other hand an mma fighter must me more educated in other skills besides wrestling, which in my opinion has its ups and downs because as an mma fighter to be really great you must be very skilled but also in mma you can be “good” just off of a hard punch and some wild swings whereas in wrestling brute strength is almost never the answer
